The aim of this website is to inform and bring together people and organizations with the expertise of an expert who has worked for many years in designing and managing project, notably European project, and in guidance counselling, notably with social-costructivist approach.

An effective and expert support for your projects, your ideas, your empowerment and development!Because people are the main resource that can make themselves satisfied, that can realize projects and often it can happen thanks to effective and relevant relationship.

This service is dedicated to associations, NGOs, schools, training organizations, local authorities and SMEs and further public and private companies that want to innovate themselves or that need to new funds to meet old and new needs.

The word project is used in any field and it is so overused that often loses its meaning. A project, however, can be an expression of creativity, development and pragmatical actions oriented to meet needs and develop new ideas.

Often, however, is not easy to identify precisely the idea or need, you only have the impression that you could do more with the help of an expert consultant. From this observation was born the proposed consultancy services. These are questions that occur many times during the lifetime. Often a decision involves not only ourselves, but also our image of ourselves, social expectations, the roles that we are playing in our lifes, people who are close to us.

Besides making individual counselling and group educational activities with young people and adults, Stefania Tomaroli tries to match skills in guidance counselling with those in designing projects, offering assistance to organizations that want receive public and European funded for guidance projects.
